Through GRIP, you can help them settle their debt and avoid foreclosure by selling to us.
Geting involved is simple. We’ve broken down the process into 3 simple steps.
- Fill-out and submit our Prospective Seller Questionnaire (PSQ). We'll update you on the status of you submission within 5 business days.
- If your referral meets our eligibility guidelines, we’ll contact the seller (or seller's realtor), open a case file, put together paperwork to send with our offer to the bank, and begin the negotiation process. The seller incurs no expense because we are not a service provider. We buy real estate.
- If the deal closes, you’ll get a check from us for $500 – $2,000 within 15 business days following the date of closing. Note: The amount of the Referral Fee is dependent on the profitability of the deal.
